This is the biggest piece of junk I’ve ever wasted my money on. Battery that came with it was dead bought a new one and still doesn’t work. Did absolutely nothing. Did not update location sitting right next to my husband and I we both have an iPhone. 🙄

Several issues with this product. 1. It is not accurate 2. It does not stay in the provided holder for the collar. Today I noticed it wasn’t in the holder on my dog’s collar any longer. I was petrified she had swallowed it. I tried to track it and it kept leading me to a place in the house she doesn’t even go to. I took her to the vet for an xray to make sure she had not swallowed the device/battery. She had not. When I got back home, my husband & I were looking again and found it by the fence in the backyard. It’s a miracle she didn’t swallow it because everything goes in her mouth since she’s only 9 months old. Needless to say, she will not ever wear this again!

We have this tracker less than a month and it stopped working. I have returned it and not sure if I want to order another one or a different one.

Doesn’t update location much if at all. Worked great one time. Failed pretty much all the other times. Returning.

First of all in the description it said real time tracking- it does not track in real time. Second of all- both dogs have had them on for less than 24 hours and the batteries are dead. Absolute junk.

This is NOT a review of a free product, I paid for it. No way, no how was the tracker button going to fit and stay inside the plastic casing. Would not connect with my iPhone. Almost seemed to be missing some component. Just so obviously didn't work. Maybe it was a defective, returned product. Returned it.
