Great spacer designed with pre mounting in mind, having 3 mounting holes per disc to make overall installation easier, plus they easily shed water, and are rot proof, while allowing space for ledgers to obtain necessary air flow to keep the critical wall framing from holding in moisture, which prevents rot also.

The last deck that i built, i used the brand name version. As far as i can tell, these provide an identical replacement and are nearly 30% less cost. Still expensive for what they are, however, much less than the real thing. Installed identically to the original product, really not that much too them. I recommend this product, as it performs exactly the same function at a better price.
