I got this little fence to put around my yard to protect my Christmas light display from being trampled by dogs/their owners. This is a good quality fence, not flimsy. The height is also a good height, taller than others. The spikes you place in the ground to hold it up are strong and won't bend easily

This 10 Pack Decorative Garden Fence is well constructed and sturdy, but the finish is not nearly as good. Finish has to be corrected or the fence will be rusted out at all those points pictured, within a year. One panel, the finish is just too light all over. Installation is very simple - just aligning the holes and inserting the pin stakes through them. I got this fencing to keep the dogs from running through a flower garden. With the attractive design design, it looks more like decoration than barricade. Though the finish needs improvement, for this 17" height fencing and material quality/strength, for the current $29.99 price, it's a good value. The finish can be touched up for a few dollars of black Rust-Oleum paint, which I usually have on hand for yearly touch up of other garden items, like shepherd hooks, hanging baskets, etcetera. Improving the finish would make these a definite 5 star at the current mentioned price. If the price goes up, that will not be the case.
