As I had expected
Size: 14.3 x 11.4 x 4.5 Inch
Style: Stripe Shell
Color: Pink
This is as good as I had expected it to be. I bought it to use as a case for my wooden Irish flute that is a 3 piece. Id been having trouble finding and actual case for it and decided to give this a try. I have not cut the foam yet to make the places for each piece, and also bought silk scarves to wrap each piece in after oiling them, prior to placing them into the foam places. The case seems to be well made and sturdy, plenty of foam padding, and it came with knife / blade to cut the foam. There are holes on each side where you can place a padlock for safety. It seems to be water resistant, not sure if waterproof as I have not tried that yet. I think with the amount of foam in the top and bottom along with that which you can customize, I think it would be good and safe for anything you might store in it , if you were to drop it by accident, it would be protected good with the padding. The only thing I am a little unsure of is, the handles and snap shut tabs, if they will hold up over time. Overall, I would say it was well worth the cost.

Nice and sturdy-perfect for my needs.
Size: 14.3 x 11.4 x 4.5 Inch
Style: Stripe Shell
Color: Green
This case worked out perfectly for my Dremel and accessories. The sections were easy to remove and the whole set-up is so much better than the case that came with the tool. I used BOB'S TOOL COMPANY | 1/8" Shaft Rotary Burr Tool Bit Holder System | 46 Tool Bit Slots | Gridfinity Compatible | (Black, 84 mm x 84 mm) to hold the bits and PEOVLVN 5 Pcs Mini Storage Containers, Small Plastic Boxes with Hinged Lids Clear Craft Organizers and Storage for Collecting Small Items Beads Crafts Cards Jewelry Travel Case (10.5 * 7.5 * 2.5cm) to hold misc. loose parts.

Love it! I bought the 14” case and it’s perfect for my little face paint set up ! It’s very sturdy, and so cute. Also customizable as u can see. 😁 10/10. In the future I will size up according to my needs ! But for now this is a great buy for DIY case projects, not just its intended use 😁

Not That Bad
Size: 14.3 x 11.4 x 4.5 Inch
Style: Stripe Shell
Color: Yellow
This case was about $45 from Amazon. I have a very similar Amazon case that cost over $100, and this case is not appreciably worse. Mine did come with the razor knife for cutting.

A very good value
Size: 14.3 x 11.4 x 4.5 Inch
Style: Stripe Shell
Color: Gray
I purchased this to make a travel, coffee and tea set up. Very nice case for the money. The latch is secure nicely, but yet you don’t break a finger trying to open it. It’s perfect size for what I was using it for. It does have a gasket a waterproof it is I don’t know because I haven’t submerged it, but it does. It comes with a nice foam. I did not use it. I use the foam inserts that came with my coffee and tea equipment because it was already custom cut for it, but it is a very nice case. It has that vacuum knob on it where you know if you have it at a high altitude like if you flew or if it gets very cold, it can seal where you un latch it and it doesn’t wanna open, but if you turn this dial, it allows the air to equalize which is a nice feature does have locking hinges. I mean, I don’t know what they would do. You could easily pick this up and carry it away but it’s a very nice case and again I was using it to make a travel coffee and tea set up so I really didn’t want to buy a $250 pelican case.

Solid case
Size: 14.3 x 11.4 x 4.5 Inch
Style: Stripe Shell
Color: White
Very solid case, foam is sturdy and fairly easy to shape. Using it for my msi claw 8ai+. I cut a thin wide section out for the unit itself, then a thin small section for my earbuds, then 2 deeper holes for the power cables. There are slots on either side for a strap, however it doesn’t come with one, and I can’t seem to find it sold separately, I believe there is another model which is sold with a strap, kinda bummer but whatever. The clamps are strong, there seems to be a waterproof seal around the lid, and a pressure release valve in the front in case the case gets stuck closed from pressure I guess. Prolly from flying or heat or something, I dunno, never used one of these kind of cases before so my experience is limited. If for some reason I need another one of these cases I would definitely look into this brand again, hence the 5 stars.

Perfect Sweet Spot
Size: 14.3 x 11.4 x 4.5 Inch
Style: Stripe Shell
Color: Rose Red
I have dozens of Pelican cases and quite a few made by Apache as well. They are perfect for what they are which is “I’ll deal with added weight and bulk for the sake of ultimate protection.” Most of us also have plenty of experience with the super cheap thin plastic blow-molded cases that most equipment like power tools come in. Those are very light weight, but the protection is pretty much limited to keeping your items together in one place. For my current situation, I needed as much protection (water / dust proof, impact resistant, etc.) as possible but weight and compactness were more important. This case is the perfect sweet spot. I would say it equates to 80% - 90% of the protection, but with meaningful reductions in weight and bulkiness when compared to a Pelican case. The material has a rubbery, tactile feel like a Pelican and not the hard plastic texture of something like a Plano box. The wall thickness is definitely less than a Pelican. There is some flex / give under pressure, but not to the point I’m worried about damage to the contents. The internal dimensions were fairly accurate, but did not calculate in the lid space. In my case, it would have been a tight squeeze, but the added lid space made for a perfect fit with appropriate room for foam compression. The foam is not great, but it serves its purpose. Pelican foam is a little more stiff and is closed cell enough that that it sort of repels water. This foam is more spongy and feels like it would absorb water easily; more like a car wax applicator. Not a deal breaker, but if your needs require separate compartments within the foam, you’ll want to account for additional space between compartments for added foam wall thickness. The color was a little off, but close enough that I would chalk it up to manufacturing variance, not intentional misrepresentation. If you have high end gear worthy of ultimate protection at the expense of weight and bulkiness, go with a Pelican or clone. But if you need a case that will protect less critical items well and weight / space matter, this is the case for you. I’ll be buying more of these for use as ATV / marine / camping / tool storage for things like hand tools, electronics, etc. Hope the helps!

Yellow is orange, purple is pink.

When they say yellow they mean Tennessee orange. So if a customer says hey I want a yellow box don’t buy one of these. Purple is pink, yellow is orange. They won’t get me a third time.
