Features: 1. Upon receiving your 1/8 violin, please note that the bridge is wrapped in paper and placed under the tailpiece—do not discard it, as it must be installed between the two F holes. 2. If the bow hair of your 1/8 size violin feels loose, simply adjust the frog screw to tighten it until the tension feels right. 3. It is normal for some bow hairs on a beginner violin to break. Just trim off the broken strands, and the bow will continue to work properly. 4. Avoid over-tightening the bow. The hair should have a slight bounce and remain about 1/4 inch away from the stick at the lowest curve point. 5. Hold the rosin with your fingers, tighten the bow, and evenly apply the rosin to the bow hair. Before use, scrape the rosin surface lightly to powder it.
