After receiving my wife had trouble wearing the screw backs so I contacted HDD for replacing the screw back with push backs. The return replacement went smoothly. Returned on Friday and recd the earrings back on Monday. I then took them to a local jewelry store to verify the IGI certified numbers match my paperwork and they did. In all we couldn't be more pleased with these earrings. They are gorgeous. They are bigger in tw than what we brought. They are near colorless. You can tell they are of good quality.
