This repair was on an exhaust of a 2008 Honda Civic LX. The exhaust system on this car is put together by using a flange between each unit. This specific civic had a 1.75 inch diameter exhaust. The flange itself rusted through and caused the two units to separate. The rear air clamp worked perfectly 💥 CAUTION 💥. This repair exhaust clamp is only 3 inches long, do not cut your pipe any shorter necessary otherwise you will not have enough surface to attach this clamp to. My separation was about 0.5 inches which worked well. Lastly, make sure you get an accurate measurement of the pipe diameter prior to ordering from Amazon. Daniel from Ohio ... show more
