Exactly what I was looking for in this style of shoe. The fit is VERY true to size. It's pretty comfortable, will definitely need to break them in a little bit, but not that much! I received these boots a a gift. I love the leather look of them and how they come right under the knee. I shaft of the boot is a little large for me leaving a decent sized gap. I would say I have average to small size calves but the gap isn't a deal breaker for me. I wasn't expecting the boots to be so warm, but they are toasty! I'm not sure what material the lining is, but is seems sort of like a fleece/soft fabric lining.
