Exactly what I was looking for in this style of shoe. The fit is VERY true to size. It's pretty comfortable, will definitely need to break them in a little bit, but not that much! The heel is a little bigger than I expected it to be, but it is still easy to walk in since it has the chunky heel. I need these in a nice neutral taupe!!!!

I received these boots a a gift. I love the leather look of them and how they come right under the knee. I shaft of the boot is a little large for me leaving a decent sized gap. I would say I have average to small size calves but the gap isn't a deal breaker for me. I wasn't expecting the boots to be so warm, but they are toasty! I'm not sure what material the lining is, but is seems sort of like a fleece/soft fabric lining. I made the mistake of wear wool socks the first time and had sweaty leg and feet all day.
