came fast,light duty,be sure to use thread lock,starting the screws without stripping threads,is a bit tricky ...i mounted a 4.8v l.e.d bike light easily, after cutting the bar down in length for my particular handlebar set up.just snug is good i wouldn't over tighten these small fine threads

This was a bit longer than I expected, bit works for my needs. I ended up attaching it between the handlebars and the seat. Attached a phone holder and a bell to it and can put my GPS if wanted. Serves the purpose it was designed for, well. Would purchase again if needed.
