I bought these for my mountain bike that I lost one of the stock bar end plugs for. These match up perfectly and feel much more secure than the ribbed plastic ones I had stock on the bike. If you need new bar end plugs, give these a shot, they will work.

It fit my 26" mountain bike fine, but they are too thick for my 700. I should be able to file it down manually, but I haven't done it yet.

I really like how these look and it matches my bike perfectly. The only issue is that I have had several of them fall out in a crash and have had to order quite a few replacements. I guess for the cost that is no big deal if you want a specific look and color scheme for your bike.

Interior plugs are plastic and easily broken if overtightened. In the winter I use these to help keep my pogies in place on my handlebar ends. So for me they're not only plugging a hole, they have to keep a pogie in place, thus the need to tighten them down more, and the breakage. they would be fine if you're not asking them to do 2 jobs like I am. ... show more
