First off- this dress is GORGEOUS… beautiful light sage green color, flowy, elegant, timeless. My complaint is that I ordered a Large but what I received had no tag and was EXTREMELY small!! I’m keeping it only because it fits my 13year old daughter wonderfully 😅😅 but I bought it for myself… I will most likely try again to order one in in a different color and see if the correct size is delivered or if it really runs THAT small. I bought this to go to a luncheon and was going to wear some brown ballet flats. Maybe it’s me but when I put it on the color and design made me look like a bridesmaid. I was going for a more casual look but it feels like I should be holding a bouquet and standing in the front of a church. I’m keeping it bc it’s a good dress and I might find an occasion to wear it but it just doesn’t look like the picture in person. It’s more formal and a deeper periwinkle blue. This dress fits well, however the material in the picture looked like it would be soft but it actually feels like a prom dress material. Kind of scratchy. Other than that it fits good and has a good stretch.

Because of the smocked top, it adds quite a bit of girth and gives a slightly heavier appearance. The fabric is a bit on the scratchy side and absorbs liquids and stains easily. (I found an amazing stain remover un the process so I'm not even upset). Overall I like the dress design and what is pictured is pretty accurately what you get. I ordered a small and a large because the size chart was saying I was a large but I decided to try my normal size as well. The small fit perfect! So definitely order your normal size! Only weird thing is the large was a completely different material. The small was a smooth soft material and the large was a scratchy wrinkly material. Both looked nice but I definitely prefer the small material! Not sure if they mixed something up or if that’s just the material they use for the larger sizes!
