The dress was very beautiful, and the pattern was very flattering. The fabric was soft and stretchy and cut well. My only complaint is that it was slightly see through and I did have to wear another layer underneath for modesty. This dress was a nice surprise...from the way things are today, I was expecting a cheaply made dress...but it is very nice. The fabric is extremely soft and comfortable. I took heed to the other reviews and ordered a larger size. I normally wear 12/14 depending on the manufacturer. I ordered this dress in XL based on bust measurements and I'm glad I did. It is too long on me (5'6") but that's a very easy fix. I'll just shorten it by 2 inches and re-hem it. I wore it today for the first time ...shopping and 3 ladies commented on how nice and comfortable it looked. I will launder it before I shorten it just to make sure there is no shrinkage. I'll probably order another one in a different pattern, very happy with it. One last note...the addition of pockets makes it even better. ... show more

This dress is absolutely adorable, I love the color and the pattern. It fits really well with the exception of it’s pretty long on me and I’m not that short. So I can’t imagine how this would be on somebody shorter than me. I either have to not the bottom or I have to when I walk hold it up a little bit so I don’t trip on the bottom. The way that the rest of it fits and how cute it is is worth it for me to keep it though. It’s a light weight yet not see-through cotton material and it’s very comfortable. I now have 2 of these dresses. I’m 5 5.5’ so I’ve always loved dresses that fell to the floor on me being so tall so I bought 2 more today (1 for my mommies bday today and one for myself and my bday Friday.
