This company will be in business for many years because they build quality products and pack them to survive in transport. I highly recommend any furniture they make. The assembly was easy, however, the desk is very heavy. You will need two strong people to put it together.

We got our desks on time. Pretty good quality and easy enough to assemble and instructions seem clear enough. Zuri's customer service was on top of it and helped us!

I actually ordered this black oak Monroe desk from Zuri Furniture themselves. It’s way cheaper and the shipping is free unless you get “white glove” shipping. It’s measurements are exact but empty space will make it look bigger than what it is so if you’re looking for something even more bigger, I would recommend the Ford one. You will need four really small black L brackets with black screws upon delivery. Best you buy them ahead of time. The center board underneath is held on by latches that leaves it quit lose for future damage. Very heavy! 550 lbs. You will need help moving and assembling if you plan on doing on your own. I got the white glove delivery and it was absolutely over and beyond the best service ever! They ship product to delivery company who then calls to schedule delivery time. They install, setup, center, wipe down, and genuinely want to hear what you think! They waited for me to look over it and made suggestions as to pieces that would go so well with it! I was so impressed!

We get compliments on our desks all the time. There were a couple of challenges that we had to work through during the building stage, but Zuri's customer service was on top of it and helped us! It's nice knowing there are faces behind a product that care.

I also got mine in black. Perfect use of space and great appearance from any angle. Although I have mine against a wall, nice to know I can place it in the center of the room with it's nice curved front. Locking file cabinet on right, plus a drawer are convenient. Drawer in center of desk is great for writing materials, checkbook, etc. Left cabinet already has a wiring pass-through in the back if you want to hide electronics for a clean look. Highly recommended!
