I bought the Zupapa 10 foot inflatable stand up paddle board. It came with accessories that included a seat to turn it into a kayak. This was my first paddleboard purchase. And from the moment I first used it, I couldn’t stop thinking that it was probably my very best splurge purchase. I’m almost 50 years old, my kids who are 28, 23, 19, 15, and 12, have all used it. I LOVE IT. it is very easy to stand up on. I Enjoy sitting and “kayaking” on it. I’ve had it in the bay, in various rivers and creeks, in coves, in lagoons, and in natural springs. I’ve planned our entire summer around the water access to use this board wherever we were going camping. The attached bungee cord and the various loops have made this board so versatile. We put a waterproof backpack filled with drinks on the front of the board under the bungee cord. The little back loop is perfect to connect inflatable inner tubes so I can paddle the kids around or tow them back to shore. The board inflated easily with the pump that was provided. However I attach the pump tube to a battery operated inflator until the board is mostly full. Then I use the hand pump to put in the last five or six pumps necessary to finish filling it. It is very easy to deflate. I recommend deflating the board to carry it back OUT of the water if you have to walk far. It is kind of big and awkward to carry when you’re already tired. However, in the awesome accessory package is a strap that you can Snap around both ends of the board and sling around your shoulder to help balance the weight- making this board able to be carried by one person. It is sturdy enough to hold two people out on the water. This makes is good for my child who is a bit afraid of being out on the water alone. The three fins are detachable. You can remove the two side fins and use the board as a beginner surfboard as well. I inadvertently got caught in the wake of a boat and noticed that I was almost surfing the wake. Very cool idea that I am going to try again. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the company has a fantastic warranty policy. I contacted them to buy some replacement parts. I lost a fin screw and the handle started to separate from the board. Their customer service rep Heather was so attentive that she followed up with me multiple times. Meaning that the Zupapa rep initiated all of the contact after my first email. I sent pictures of the problem I was having and they handled it quickly. They sent me the tracking information and when I did not contact them to notify them that I received the shipment, they reached out to me again to verify receipt. This board was so great that I bought two other boards for my kids the day after I first used my Zupapa board. This one was out of stock so I bought two others from two different manufacturers. I can review those others as well but the Zupapa is my favorite for sturdy-ness, EXCELLENT acccessory package and customer service. I have used it from Delaware to MD to VA to FL over the course of the summer. Best idea I ever had was buying this board instead of renting. Cost me $100 to rent a paddleboard for an hour for four people. Well worth the purchase. I’m still patting myself on the back for splurging on this board.

We are thrilled with our Zupapa Inflatable Stand Up Paddleboards with seat (Yellow 11’ 6”). We bought two boards in July and have used them extensively on a large lake. We use them about 80 percent of the time with the seat as a Kayak but where these boards shine is how easily you go between standing and sitting. Because the seat is further back (as opposed to centered on other boards) you can easily stand up when you want without having to negotiate the seat. The seat also easily folds up when you stand or store the board. Also with the seat further back, the board is more maneuverable (steers more like a canoe). We have two other boards of another brand which we like but these are better. We ended up replacing the seats on the other boards with more comfortable ones. The included Zupapa seats are better than the original seats or the replacements we bought for the other boards. Compared to boards with centered seats, the nose of the Zupapa board does ride higher. We’ve deflated taken them across the country, used them, and then returned and re-inflated with no problems. In short, we recommend them highly and think they’re very cost competitive. If you need a pump I recommend below. Good price and it pumps up these boards in 9 to 10 minutes. https://a.co/d/ednIy3M. I usually pump up my boards away from my vehicle (closer to a house power outlet) so I bought the following AC-DC power converter for the pump and it performs great. It's true, you can't teach old dogs new tricks, yet as a 62 year old woman with little experience, I am so happy and pleased with this board. It's quick and easy to inflate and deflate. Much easier than my husband's tedious inflatable kayak. I love sitting on top of the water rather than inside a kayak. I glide across the water rather than wiggle side to side. After attaching the kayak seat the first time, I've never taken it off. I love the seat! It gives more support than you think it could. I can stop in the middle of the lake and hang my legs off to the side, I can kneel, or I can stand to paddle (maybe some day :) all with the seat attached. I can roll up the board with the seat attached and fit it into the bag easily. The bag with everything inside is heavy, but I can carry it a ways and take a break. Carrying the board when it's inflated is a piece of cake. It comes with a long carry strap, but I don't use it. I just use the handle in the middle of the board. I'm short with short arms. I have the 10-foot board and wouldn't want anything longer or wider. It also comes with a foot rest thing which I thought would be absolutely necessary, but it is not. It just gets in the way. I love the color and the design, and I love the texture of this board. LASTLY I want to praise Zupapa for their CUSTOMER SERVICE: I lost part of my paddle in the lake because I didn't have it attached tight enough (my fault - except that the manual didn't show instructions and I have since figured it out). I also lost a screw for one of the fins (they attach to the board with screws that if turned too much - become unattached and are easily lost - again, I have since figured out how to avoid that in future). I contacted Zupapa and they responded quickly and kindly and I now have a brand new complete paddle and 3 replacement fins - I love having spare parts! and all for free. I can't say enough - super happy with this purchase.
