Perfect trampoline for my 3 kids, 14, 12, and 9 years old. Heavy, sturdy, and much more heavy duty than most. Nothing came broken and everything went up well. Be mindful of the net placement when attaching it to the round frame, as you want the opening to be at a spot not directly in front of one of the legs and also so the net at the very very top attaches in line to the top poles. They don't really tell you to line it up perfectly before connecting the bouncy trampoline part to the frame. So do your homework first! And don't attach all the springs add you go in a row... skip maybe 3 as you work around the frame otherwise it gets too tight on the otherside and you cannot stretch it far enough!

I had a bbq with like 10 kids from ages 3 to 15 and they were all at one point on this trampoline and man it was impressive how sturdy this was! Literally 3 straight hours of fun, wore the kids out retained its shape the net held up (and held everyone in) super awesome. Usually it’s just my two kids on it and occasionally my husband when he want to pretend he’s young again 😅 great trampoline tho 10/10 recommend

First a word of warning, when putting the zipper in between the two poles try to make sure it is on the right side so it goes up even and not slightly tilted for the net. I believe you want to error on the right side of the middle because you have to connect the springs to one side or the other and one will look even and the other not so much. The directions are poor and even kind of missrepresent the pieces in the pictures. Other than the bad instructions the quality is very good and sturdy. I'd recommend extra tie-downs so the wind doesn't take off with it. Customer service got back to me right away and continued until I finally got back to them. I appreciate that they went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Honestly as good of customer service as any I have had online. Overall I would definitely recommend the trampoline but make sure to check the zipper from the beginning or you will regret it. So far a great product!

Solid trampoline that seems very sturdy so far. Within a month of receiving and assembling the trampoline, I noticed several small holes in the net. It's possible they were there when I received it and I didn't notice it as I assembled it at night on Christmas Even (took about 3 hours with 2 people). I contacted the company and the rep (Milka) was incredibly helpful and sent a new net. Great customer service. The only issue is that because the net and mat are all sewn together in one piece I'll have to nearly completely disassemble the trampoline to install the new net/pad. While that's time intensive, I appreciate the company swiftly resolving the issue.
