4 year update... Still in great condition. The net has held up great. the padding around the springs could use a replacement for cosmetic reasons, but overall definitely well worth the purchase. My kids still use this every day during the dry season. 1 year later... The trampoline is still in amazing condition. The net holds up well and it's gone through a lot of abuse. It still zips up just fine. The ladder could be more secure, it keeps falling off. But only the littlest one uses the ladder anymore. And I could just go out there and bolt it on better. Kids still love it and it was definitely the best purchase of 2019. Just set up our 15' trampoline! First of all, it's huge. Apparently I'm really bad at judging dimensions. But it is plenty big enough for my 4 kids to jump on it together. It's incredibly easy to set up. I was a bit confused because the instructions seem to show the smaller end of the springs attaching to the frame but it's not possible. The frame was easy to set up by myself and I'm kind of gimpy. My husband came to check on me just in time to help me get the mat sprung. The easiest way is to attach every third or fourth spring. Once he did that I was able to finish attaching the rest of the mat myself. It was a good workout for a gimp like me but not difficult. The padding around the mat seemed to get bad reviews here. So I was pleasantly surprised to see what looks like a very well made padding. It's not thickly padded but it's not supposed to be. It's nice and firm and seems like it'll hold up well. Attaching it was a breeze and feels pretty snug and secure. I thought I'd need a hand with the netting so I asked my husband to help me. But really it was super easy. I could have done it myself. I just hate tedious tasks and attaching the poles with the clamps was torture for me. I'm too ADHD for that nonsense. It was easy, just tedious. I attached the caps to the netting poles and then the netting to the caps. That was the hardest part. Because I'm short and the mat is very bouncy. My husband laughed at me. A lot. Finally... Based on reviews I read I decided to start the weaving process half a foot from the beginning of the entrance of the net and started weaving it through. But it was so tedious and that rope is so long. (Tip: burn the ends of the rope to keep it from fraying). I made my husband do that part. We still had 3 feet of rope left once it was all secure. My kids tested it out and loved it. I expect that they'll bounce their hearts out through the summer. If I have any issues I'll update my review.

This is an awesome trampoline and extremely easy to assemble! The customer service is fantastic. When I noticed that I was only missing one Spring. I promptly contacted the company and within 12 hours, I had a brand new Spring in hand! Amazing product, excellent customer service!

We bought the trampoline as a Christmas present for our kids. We set it up on Christmas Eve with relative ease. Our only issue was that we neglected to notice where the trampoline zipper access was, which is set during the installation of the springs. Since then, we have also taken down the trampoline for winter and set it back up again for the spring without issues. The trampoline appears to be good quality and should last for years. The only issue we had was some push connectors, 1 or 2 appeared to rust and broke in half, rendering them useless. However, we contact Zupapa directly and were sent all parts needed to repairs the issue. Ivy was very responsive, quick to identify the parts, and get them shipped out same or next day. 5 stars for the trampoline thus far, including the customer service!

Solid trampoline that seems very sturdy so far. Within a month of receiving and assembling the trampoline, I noticed several small holes in the net. It's possible they were there when I received it and I didn't notice it as I assembled it at night on Christmas Even (took about 3 hours with 2 people). I contacted the company and the rep (Milka) was incredibly helpful and sent a new net. Great customer service. The only issue is that because the net and mat are all sewn together in one piece I'll have to nearly completely disassemble the trampoline to install the new net/pad. While that's time intensive, I appreciate the company swiftly resolving the issue.

Trampoline is quality and just as described. The best part is that they stand behind their product with their warranty. I had an issue that came up and Martina at customer service immediately got back to me and sent a replacement part. Would highly recommend!

Awesome trampoline, lots of fun! We have 5 kids ranging in age from 11 to 2 and they all love the trampoline. We've had it for about a month now. It's very sturdy, and gives plenty of bounce. The kids all bounce at once or go out there one at a time. We've even had some adults get out there and bounce too. Set up and directions were easy to follow. My husband probably could have put it all together by himself but having a second person made it go faster. Took about 2 1/2 hours to set up. Most of that time was spent on the safety enclosure, as it had to be sort of "sewn" to the bottom. You thread a rope through button holes in the safety net and through the rings that hold the springs. We started and ended by the door so that if we ran out of rope it would be in the door area, where it might even be helpful for the net to be loose from the bottom (so the door can flap back a little). This ended up being a good strategy, we did run short on rope. My only complaint is that the foam that goes around the safety net support beams comes in two pieces and they want to move apart, leaving an unsightly gap. I have also seen some trampolines that have sleeves that go over the foam. This one does not have anything to cover them. Because there's nothing protecting the foam from the sun and rain I suspect that I will have to replace it at some point. All in all, a great trampoline for the price!
