This stainless steel citrus juicer is the best quality I've seen. The yellow and green variety would eventually have peeling paint which was gross. Our family enjoys lemon water daily, so this kitchen gadget stays on the counter for frequent use to add lemon juice to water cans and morning tea. I am not a “Professional” chef. But I really like this squeezer. It’s robust and does the job I want it to do. I can put the halves together and get the last bit of juice out of every lemon or lime. It doesn’t seem like it’s going to bend or fail anytime soon. Definitely worth the money. There were a few reviews that complain about the spaces around the handles but if you dunk it into hot soapy water after you use it there should not be any issues. I mean come on!! It is lemon or Lime juice not toxic waste! Some people just want to complain. Get this squeezer and I hope it makes your jucin’ easy even for a fool like me!! ... show more

This is a strong, solidly built juicer. Stainless steel means that it is easier to clean, and unlike the enamel version I used to own from a different company (whose coating started to peel after a few years), I expect it will be far more durable in the long run. However, there need to be more holes on the bottom to allow juice to escape. I find myself turning it on its side to pour juice out the top of it and/or maneuvering around the fruit inside to allow the last bits of juice to drip through. None of my older models had this problem, so it must be something to do with the shape of the cup or the number or size of holes to allow juice to get out.     • Works well...but not perfect

I have a great automatic lemon and lime juicer when I want to squeeze a lot at once but I needed something for just one or two at a time for a single drink when I'm not making a bunch for family or guests so I thought I'd try this. It works much better than hand squeezing limes for sure but I do have to get the lime out after squeezing it the first time and cut the sides of the peel, put it back in and squeeze again and I get even more out. It is because of the way the juicer squeezes the limes that causes the rind to fold over on top of some of the flesh, preventing it from being able to be juiced as well. Not that big of a deal really but just something to note. Also, like others mentioned, there is a channel that can trap water in it after you wash it so make sure you shake that water out and dry it so that the water drains out. It would be an easy fix for the company to just close that up. Overall a decent purchase and more sturdy than plastic ones. ... show more

This is a great, heavyweight citrus press. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for "Easy to Clean" is because there's a metal piece folded right into the groove on the underside of the press that seems like it holds a little bit of liquid. Easy enough to prop it so it drains out. I like this better than a previous, paint-coated aluminum one which managed to tear on one side. THIS one should hold up much better. ... show more

Nice product but if you put in dishwasher, have to but large side down in basket or a lot of water stays in the handle (handle is hollow). If they did one more solder to keep water out, product would be even better.
