The tech support was excellent. Jar from tech support was very knowledgeable and was patient in figuring out the problem with my camera. It turned out that the infrared was not working so they are sending out another camera for replacement.

    • buyer beware blue iris is not compatible with the PTZ

after 2 days of trying different camera setup still can not get ptz to work with blue iris camera picture looks good motion detection is fine may work fine with the Zosi app not willing to down grade my setup for a couple cheap cameras

I have had zosi for a while now. They really helped me deal with a stalker. I love zosi. And I tell everyone I know about them and to get these kind. They are affordable. And I really appreciate how far the customer service reps will go to help if you have questions. I spoke with coco and matt for a simple installation question and they were so good. The locking ring on a lot of the cameras I received would not tighten enough to hold the camera from moving. When tightening the ring it would pop loose. Some of the rings fit tighter than others. I had to drill and tap the bases and add a set screw to hold the cameras. For analog cameras they have good picture quality, and night vision works well. If you need to replace a camera in an older analog DVR system, they are a good choice. I would give them 5 stars if all the locking rings fit better. ... show more
