Was excited to try this on. It fit well and pretty much as expected. One thing worth noting is that both the sides of the shirt have large holes in them (this helps with movement if you are doing something such as martial arts (see attached pictures)). I did not see that in the description or pictures of the product (perhaps i just missed that?) The thread holding the fabric together is very thin and i am worried it will tear easily after washing, but nothing a needle and thread cant easily fix or just let it be in two? - decisions... I do plan to cold wash this and hang dry. Just by feeling the fabric it is clear that it will shrink. I am hoping it wont shrink too much after the first wash, but im taking the risk and might buy a larger size if i need to. I am overall satisfied with this shirt and depending on its first wash, will be buying more. I used to teach martial arts and this feels great to me for tai chi or just a fancy shirt for special occasions :) Note- I am 5"11 and 165 pounds. I purchased the extra large. I washed these shirts twice hoping the wrinkles would come out the second time. Did not happen, just as bad as the first, even though I washed them with a more delicate setting. The only way to get rid of them appears to be with an iron, which is too much trouble for this type of shirt. Being a full-time gung fu teacher I do not like training clothes that I have to pay such special attention to. I ordered a XL even though I am 5'8"/150lbs and it fits OK. The material is also thinner than I like, especially for hard training, as you can see the light shining through on both. They should make them thicker, like "Bold Look".. much better for real gung fu training. I give it a 3 star and not a 2 star because they threw in an extra shirt which I didn't expect. ... show more

perfect fit and beautiful... if you like no wrinkle, you have to iron... it does not show the sweat. it is very flexible. i like the thickness, it does not show the nipple bump.

I bought this shirt to use during kung fu class and it seems to work well enough - although for a person my size (5’9” @ 180 lbs) probably should have gotten the XL. It does seem a little tight around the shoulders when doing movements and I prefer my practice clothing to be a little more loose. That said, it’s a generally well made piece of clothing with good material and looks great while worn. However, after only a few washes, the threads holding the tang buttons to the front of the shirt are starting to unravel, making them loose. I’ll have to reinforce them soon by re-sewing them. The price is reasonable, however, I was a little disappointed to see threads coming loose after such a short period of time. Recommend line drying to mitigate this issue somewhat. ... show more
