This thing is awesome I love it I’d give it a five star if it wasn’t damaged in shipping !! It arrived early but the digital voltage indicator was crushed ! I do t have the patience to wait to return and get another one coming so I just dealt with it!

I bought mine and drove it for maybe 3 weeks, not even 100 miles, then it wouldn't work properly, spent from 11/24/23 till 4/2/24 about it being fixed or replaced. They finally sent me another rear motor, I installed it (absolutely correctly) did the same thing. After a few minutes there was a popping and crackling from battery dept, it started on fire and fire dept came and put out with a foam substance and took scooter because of hazardous material. Told company about it and they pretty much told me to go "F" myself. Almost $1500 for not even 100 miles of use. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, PRODUCT IS GARBAGE AND UNSAFE, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ALSO PATHETIC... DONT SAY YOU WERE NOT WARNED!!!! ... show more
