The first thing was taking it out of the plastic bag from inside the box as soon as I touched it I said this is quality, the heft of a quality bag. The material is water resistant water drops bead and roll off, it feels smooth and the material is thick and durable. I've worn it every day for the past two weeks for carrying my stuff and I'm on and off the bus and train all day. It's easy to slip on and off repeatedly and the straps stay where you adjust them to. The straps are broad and don't twist or bunch up, there are two side pockets for a couple of candy bars or a slim metal pencil case, two larger side zipper pockets is were I kept my headset and mouse in one and two mousepads in the other matching opposite pocket you can easily fit 2 or 3 paperback books and more in each, there's a zip pocket on the inside flap when you open the main part and two other slip in pockets inside for keys and stuff like that. Having the main pocket against your back instead of exposed is something I love and the bag is designed with a slick side profile that holds its shape and hugs your back and always looks fashionable, no sagging here! Smooth zippers with nice pulls. The storage capacity is amazing one pic shows my computer and other stuff I usually carry and it could take more and doesn't even feel heavy at all when fillled with stuff. This is a well made travel backpack-style purse, the materials look and feel of higher quality than I expected. I don't like how light and bright the yellow is on this design though, more of a subdued gold color would have been preferable. This backpack also doesn't really have the traditional large main compartment either, which I did not realize. You have these two semi-hidden compartments on the front sides, both of which hold around a typical makeup bag capacity. And then the back zips open to fit your wallet, cell phone, small tablet, things like that. You won't be able to carry around large books in this. But as a travel carry on purse it's pretty nice, or a day bag. Something to carry some basic items and maybe some small-sized purchases. The puff ball decoration keychain is super soft and can be removed and used elsewhere if you want to keep that zipper hidden. There are also two small bottom side pockets for water bottles or small umbrella. I like that the size of the backpack isn't huge, I'm 5'3" so oftentimes backpacks make me look like an elementary schooler trying to carry a adult bag. ... show more
