I have made a lot of modifications to mine to fit my needs. The fabric lining the inside of bag seems low quality and tears easily. I am very rough with my bags and expect a lot from them, so I am not too disappointed by this personally. I also ended up purchasing a strap from another company as the one it comes with is mediocre at best. On the other hand this bag has lasted me the better part of two years, for the outer pleather of the bag is very durable and the design itself (disregarding the inner lining fabric choice) is very convenient for everyday and longterm use. ... show more

there was a rip above the zipped pocked inside so basically any change would fall out. I have gotten this three times, the first blue one was great, then I got black and the zipper got stuck :(
