Everything about this case feels very well built. It's super sturdy with heavy duty zippers and materials. And this suitcase has clever design elements, such as USB-C and USB-A ports on top of the suitcase connect to a USB cord that sits beneath the lining. The USB cord will need to be connected to a power source to power the USB ports. And I really like the front pocket because it makes it easier to grab things like a tablet, travel documents, chargers, or smaller items without opening the whole suitcase. The cup holder and phone holder are also surprisingly useful, especially when waiting at the airport. Hard case is lightweight and easy to lift and maneuver. Spinner wheels operate smoothly, with 2 of the 4 wheels having wheel locks.

Bought this carry on luggage because I was sold on all the extra "features" but they turned out to be completely useless. 1. Phone holder - when placed on the holder, your phone faces toward you at a 45° angle. So unless the luggage is nestled right in-between your open legs while seated or you're tall enough to look down at the phone, it's not the optimal viewing angle. The phone holder would also rub against the handle button every time you open and close it, so eventually one, or maybe even both of them, would wear down. 2. Quick access compartment - functional, but cuts into the overall storage space of the luggage. Laptop pouch - made of nylon and so thin that it would ensure your device is constantly rubbing against the luggage shell itself. Not padded in any way whatsoever. External charging port - made of such low quality material that it would take 4 hrs to charge my Samsung S22U from 50% to 100% with a 20k mAh QC powerbank connected. Thing is, if my phone charges any slower than 1-1.5hr from 50% to 100%, I would actually be LOSING POWER! 3. Cupholder - functional, but also cuts into interior storage space. 4. Interior - the half with the handle actually doesn't have the typical flap that hooks on to ensure items stay in place. TPU wet pouch - zipper isn't water proof, so any liquid that leaks out of cosmetic items (as shown in their picture) will eventually leak all over the rest of the luggage. Just put your liquids in Ziploc bags. 5. Hook peg - the hook is so shallow I don't think you'd be able to hook anything other than a keychain there. If you're able to hook a bag there, I'm sure it'll fall right out with a slight bump in the road. With that said, the luggage does feel sturdy and the wheels are super smooth, but I guess only time will tell if the quality holds up. *UPDATE* Changed my review to 1 star after finding out there's no warranty support or ANY kind of after sale customer support. Take your business to an actual established brand.

So, this is an early, first impressions, review without having packed or traveled with the bag. With that proviso, the good and the maybe not so good. The good: 1) the bag looks amazing! I bought the green bag and it looks great. 2) It LOOKS really sturdy and looks like it's TSA/baggage handler proof. 3) The wheels move REALLY smoothly and the handle raises and lowers easily. 4) The side pocket for laptop etc., looks good; I'm not sure it's even big enough for an iPad but, after my first trip at New Year, I'll update the review. 5) The internal storage looks a decent size; I will pack with compression bags and I'll update with how much it actually stores but I think it MIGHT be okay for a 3 day break but that's it. The maybe not-so-good: 1) Am not a fan of the locks at the moment; may warm to them but they're a bit fiddly at the moment! 2) The phone holder and the cup holder: both seem a bit flimsy to me. They both seem, at first look, to not be strong enough to stand up to the rigors of travel. The phone holder holds even a big Samsung s24 Ultra in the case easily; it's just opening the holder from the handle that's a bit flimsy. The cup holder, likewise, seems to fragile for regular travel unless you're careful. I have a regular water bottle that I'll try to take on my travels but, first impressions, a 16oz metal water bottle is about all you could fit. Overall, I feel that the bag is good value for the price paid and would recommend it if you treat your luggage with care. If you don't, I'd suspect that the phone holder and/or cup holder would not last long and would be the most likely to break. I'm careful with my luggage so, if it breaks on me, it's a weak design! I'll update this review and maybe change my rating, once I'm done with my first trip.

Why is its rating so low? It's very practical, and the details are excellent—like having compartments for water bottles and phones. The wheels can be locked, and instead of using zippers, it has a direct password lock, which I think is more secure. There's also a separate password lock on top, making it convenient to access frequently used items. I find all these designs really great, and the quality looks solid too, with an attractive appearance.
