I've used the zimasilk pillowcases and bonnets for years. I decided to treat myself with the 22 momme pillowcase and am delighted at how soft and thick it is. These pillowcases have done wonders for my skin and are cool to sleep on. My previous pillowcases are going on 6 years of use and I have no reason to think this one will do differently. I wash them in a delicates bag and a couple times just with the sheets. They have not split, torn or roughed up. I air dry them and then put them on their pillows. Wash is easy, just in a bag and in with the sheets. They lose wrinkles from the wash when used. I have never found them to have an odor and have had no issues with the hidden zipper. ... show more

But it wasn't as it is wrinkle resistant and the material has not changed through it's many washes over the past few months. The material is so soft and she loved the color as it is such a unique color. She would always wake with knots in her hair as she has long thick hair, but the material of sleep quality of the silk has made her hair care in the morning much easier. These are nice pillow cases. I have hand washed them and hung them to dry and they came out fine. They seem good quality. I bought them to see if they helped my hair. Time will tell. The size is good and they are good for sleeping. I did not find them to slippery.
