I had a silk duvet for over 20 years which I purchased in China at a silk factory. Absolutely loved it, but it ripped and was beyond repair. I figured, I would purchase this Zimasilk duvet as a replacement, even though it is about 5 times more expensive than the one I had. What I like the least is how much heavier it is. I also do not like that it does not breathe as well as my original one. But I am not going to China any time soon, and this seemed the best alternative. It's a fine piece of cloth if you have no comparison.

This duvet cover is absolutely amazing. I’ve only had it for a week so I don’t know how it’ll hold up in the long term, but it seems well made, it’s incredibly heavy and so, so soft. Takes a while to arrive, it ships from China, worth the wait. If you have the money, and you lounge in your bed, buy yourself some silk sheet.

I really wished this worked out for us because it looks like a very high end duvet cover. Great impressive packaging but unfortunately the white color is more like an ivory and has a yellow shade to it. Even though they sell an ivory color, the white looked like an Ivory.

I’m so glad I made this investment... it’s so soft and smooth. 100% real silk and it’s even machine washable! It’s also not too delicate to be used normally. I’m going to buy a laundry protector bag for more frequent washes

I was blown away by the packaging right away. It was very intricate with bows and ribbons. The duvet cover was very very very soft and it flowed amazingly. The construction was very good and the stitching was immaculate. I have not put it on my Zima silk duvet yet but I will be in heaven
