The construction and design of these shoes is very good however I found them to run large. Based on their size chart I got the US 12 it is rated by them as a EURO 46 which should fit. Nope. The shoe was 10 to 15 percent too wide and too long even wearing socks! In addition I have an E size width foot. I've returned them and ordered the 11 size. To my view this shoe is closer to a size 13 or even 14 so if they are consistent go a full size down or at least a half size. I ordered size 11 having returned the size 12. No only does the 11 run large it is super wide about a EEE or 4E. In the picture provided a Columbia size 12 is on the right. On the left is the new size 11. It is so wide I might have to return it and I have a size E foot!

Man these things are no lookers, but they fit well, are spacious on the foot, and are adjustable. They offer a little arch support, and the stitching seems to be of quality. Comes with an insole that appears to be fabric, so the water repellency will be interesting. I wouldn’t wear these unless I was going into water, though.

Picked up these hiking sandals and they’re solid for the price — the closed toe design is clutch if you’re hitting any kind of rocky trail or doing some light water crossing where you don’t want your toes getting smashed. The bungee lace system up front is super convenient, just cinch and go, no fumbling with laces. The mesh upper keeps things breathable so your feet aren’t cooking in the summer heat, and the quick-dry material means you can splash through a creek and keep moving without squishing around for an hour. The rubber outsole has some nice grip to it too, which matters a lot on wet rocks or slick surfaces. They’re not gonna replace a full hiking boot for anything serious but for beach days, casual trails, or just running around outside all day, Highly recommend.

Pros: They are well made. They fit well. I like how large the toe box is. Traction is good for what they are. It's not the stickiest rubber but it also hasn't worn down much and works fine for more casual hikes. They fit true to size. They do have a pretty wide range of adjustment to fit different feet sizes so they will work for a lot of people. The materials are generally of good quality. Cons: The price isn't too high but there are better deals out there for shoes. I generally dont like the use of velcro on shoes because it wears out with time. I wish they used buckles or something like that.

I got these in men's sizing because men's shoes tend to run wider, and my feet require it. Good call. The fit is generous without being sloppy. There's toe room, enough for socks or just general wiggling, and they don't feel like I'm swimming in them. If you're a wide-footed woman considering the same move, I'd call the sizing accurate with just a hair of extra space, which I appreciate. The velcro closure adjusts easily and holds well. There's also an elastic lace system, and I'll be honest, I haven't figured out what it's contributing. Pulling it tight doesn't change the fit in any meaningful way, and it occasionally gets in the way of the velcro. I may remove it entirely. If anyone has cracked the code on this, I'm open to information. I wear these around the city, not on trails. I like sandals that cover my toes for practical safety reasons, and these do that well. I also wear them with socks, which I mention because if you're planning actual hiking without socks, be aware that the open construction could let in sand and debris. That would bother me enormously, which is probably one of several reasons I don't hike. Sidewalks don't have ticks, and not getting ticks is a core life priority. For city walking in wide, comfortable, covered-toe sandals, these are excellent. Five stars.
