    • My Sleep is Awesome and No More Neck Pain!
I decided to try the Zibroges Pillow after reading about it on Amazon and looking at the pictures and reviewing the ergonomics of the pillow. I was waking up each morning with a “stiff neck” and painful, stiff shoulders, so I decided to try it out to see if it would make a difference with my neck and shoulders. I have been sleeping on this pillow for about a month now, and I can’t believe how much of a difference it has made in such a short amount of time. I wake up every morning feeling great! No more stiff neck and shoulders and no more pain and sore muscles. The pillow has a “cooling” area in the middle which feels amazing! I sleep on my back, sides and sometimes my stomach throughout the night, and no matter which position I sleep in, I always wake up feeling good and no sore neck. There are two different heights at both ends of the pillow, and I use both ends depending on which position I’m sleeping, and both heights feel good for different sleeping positions. The “cooling” area in the middle of the pillow is throughout the whole middle part of the pillow, so no matter which end I sleep on, the cooling area is there, and it’s very soothing. If you are trying to decide whether or not you should purchase the pillow, just go ahead and do it! You won’t regret your decision. I was so happy I decided to try it because I love it, and it has made a world of difference. It has changed my whole sleeping experience, no more pain and stiffness in the morning, and I have even found that I fall asleep faster because of the comfort. I suffer from a great deal of neck pain and decided it was time to try a cervical pillow. I am mostly a side sleeper, but I do roll over onto my back. It's hard to find pillows that are good for both, but this one is. Usually I find memory foam to be too firm, but this one is okay - on most nights, anyway. And the support seems to be helping. For more than 6 months I was having neck pain every morning. My neck was stiff and I was having difficulty getting a good nights sleep. I did everything from changing pillows to using no pillow at all. In desperation I went online to find some answers on how to relieve my painful mornings, (which I was now suffering through out the day). Then I read about the Zibroges Premium Ergonomic Cervical Pillow. I liked what I read, the "center cavity design and the neck contour design". So... I ordered one from Amazon.com. I was very excited, like a kid on Christmas Morning, when my new pillow was delivered. It was mid-day but I really wanted to try out the new pillow. This is a very well made product. I’ve only Slept on it one night. I did notice it was cool when I woke up, however I did have a slight ache on both sides of my neck. It is firm. I’ll try again but may return it. I thought the concept made so much sense, it could be just not the right pillow for me. I did not wake up with a headache as with other pillows. Bought one of these is December and absolutely loved it. Had a lot of trouble getting an extra gasket to elevate it some, but when I did I was in heaven. Then decided to buy two more and when they came they wouldn't expand. It was like they were compressed too long and would no longer expand. Just didn't want to go through an exchange and deal with all that waiting again. So sadly returned them. Will have to look at other vendors. ... show more
