The thong underwear is just a tie so it doesn't really matter at that fits or not coz you can adjust it. I'm 5'3" 188lbs 38DD bra with a Pear shaped body. I typically wear a size 16 pants and large or x-large tops. Reading reviews and looking at the size chart I ordered a 5X. Corsets are difficult to get into without the help of someone else but the material was stretchy enough to clasp and fasten several on the back where my hands could reach. Looks great! Fits well (ordered size small - I’m bra size 34B, dress size 4). More sheer than pictured - except for bra area which is lined, slightly padded, and has underwire support which helps with the sexy look. Love it.
