I needed a new shift boot to pair with the ball shifter I picked up for my 2019 Civic. The boot itself is definitely a project for an automatic transmission, so be prepared for that. There are several videos on YouTube. This is the second, and slightly more expensive, boot I picked up. It is softer and more flexible than the other. If using this for an auto, at least on a Civic, you're going to need to either trim this or do what I did and stitch the retaining ring inside it and cut holes for the clips. If you don't, it can block the sensor that shuts off your screen when the car is in park and the ignition is off, leading to battery drain. ... show more

Dont get metal on metal this shift boot comes with a black piece of metal on the top of it and with a custom metal shift knob was a bad idea when driving it makes a rattle sound because of the transmission and i tried everything to stop it overall good product just hate the noise

DONT BUY UNLESS YOU HAVE STOCK SHIFT KNOB you have to cut this to make it fit and then the fabric starts to rip when you try to fasten it on. Mine fell apart trying to put it on with a mishimoto shift knob

Looks good, super easy to install but the material is very hard and coarse. It's almost like burlap and rips easily. Gonna be switching it out for a softer leather one.
