It was packaged very well, instructions were clear, parts bagged separately to ease assembly, very good quality, zero scratches/dents and made to resist them, very easy to install (except shoukd be made clear from the beginning to only assemble loosely until in place, then mount, then tighten), mounts very securely, and looks amazing! Great value for money! Especially if you are looking for that Trailhunter look without compromising quality (excellent aftermarket fit), look no further. Easy-to-follow instructions, and all hardware is included. The metal surface is painted in layers, providing well-covered rust resistance. No item is 100% scratch-resistant, so be sure to protect surfaces during the installation process. Clamber does a great job with shipping and packaging protection. I live in the Caribbean (U.S. territory), and everything arrived in perfect condition. P.S. If you own a 2024+ Tacoma SR5, ensure you acquire the bedside rails (short bed part #65335-AK010) for a professional installation. If any deep scratches occur during the installation process, carefully retouch them with a similar-quality flat or satin black paint to prevent rust development. ... show more

    • Nice roll bar, but missing pieces

Very nice rollbar. Packaged great. Arrived undamaged. But missing the four C Lock Plates needed to complete installation. No phone number in the instructions for Clamber, but found a customer support email address for them in small print on the box. Emailed Clamber customer support several times. Received zero response. We told them in our emails we were even willing to purchase the missing pieces separately if that's what it took to get them. If they would have just responded, this might have been a glowing review. Amazon's only option is to box it back up and return the whole thing for a refund. It was already assembled, we just needed the lock plates. We were too far into it to try to box it back up. Had to get parts made at a metal fabrication shop to complete the installation. It's a beautiful roll bar and looks great! But when people ask about it I tell them to choose any other brand because of potential missing pieces and zero customer support from Clamber. ... show more
