I couldn't figure out what initially went wrong! I am an artist who is always curious about... everything. I love to put things together and build things from basically nothing. Taking old, discarded items and making them into new and useful things. Doing most of my own repairs around the house since I can remember. So when this simple, cut and dry assembly went sideways, leaving me with a wonky, crooked shelf that I then bent out of shape trying to adjust, force and then, ultimately, failing to disassemble so I could start over.... kind of blew my mind! 3 grown, healthy men tried to adjust and dismantle after I did and they bent everything worse and still couldn't take it apart!? I hung my head in defeat! It must be defective! No other possibilities! Well, I reached out and I got a new package sent. THIS TIME I WILL WIN! So... my analytical brain began to assemble in reverse while I played with the pieces. I discovered what went wrong! I immediately grab a camera and am sharing the tiny details that caused the end result of... catastrophe! Keep in mind, once assembled, you likely won't be able to take it apart...EVER! But if you take your time, DON'T RUSH, and check the tips I've included here, you can assemble this unit and it's quite nice. It's not hard or painstaking at all. It just needs special attention to the details! I am disabled by multiple progressive, degenerative neurological conditions and as a paraplegic who is becoming a quad... unfortunately...I was still able to get this thing together beautifully. Level shelves that hold quite a bit more of my items than I anticipated! Anchor it for safety and good measure and you will be happy with this shelf unit! There are extra pieces included so if you do have a few to toss if they absolutely don't work with another, no biggie! (the plastic sleeves/gaskets or whatever you want to call them - the main key to get the shelves to sit right with no plastic hanging out) If 1 doesn't quite fit with another, that doesn't mean it won't fit well with a different piece. But if it's misshapen, I would not use it unless out of options. I was so aggravated and discouraged when the first unit wound up like it did. But after everything, I will say that I am glad I purchased and am thrilled with the space it has created for me! As an artist, I am also taking advantage of it being a wire shelf unit and I have tons of hooks hanging all over it. Holding NUMEROUS projects in progress! Thanks so much to the individuals involved in helping me take a second shot with this unit! I learned a lot more than I ever expected and I will not take "simple assembly" for granted ever again! I do wish it was a bit cheaper, so I could buy multiple at a time... New apt cost me so much, on top of having barely any storage. But single Mom problems. I will say after weeks of searching, this store is better, faster delivery/ you actually receive item! ❤️ And is more affordable then the rest up here. Plus there's definitely have more hight. Which with my broken back I love and appreciate ❣️ very much!

The media could not be loaded. The discount price should be the sale price honestly, lol. It’s smaller than the picture makes it out to be, but for my space it’s actually perfect and ideal. Comes in small packaging and is easy to assemble. The instructions were understandable, but I was missing the letters on my bags. The pictures helped me to know what was what. Personally I’d say it’s sturdy. I have carpet so I don’t expect it to not be a little “light on its feet”, but I’m using it for plants so they weigh it down good enough not to move anyhow. For the discounted price, I’d def buy again.

Wasn't big enough for what I needed so I'm using it for smaller food items. It's metal so not flimsy and can hold some weight. Was easy to put together, came with instructions. Wobbles a bit because you have to make all the feet even in length.

This was incredibly easy to assemble and the instructions included were clear (which is not always the case when ordering online). We use it for our pots and pans, some of which are heavier than others, and it has held up so far since we got it - about 2 months ago now. The only thing I didn't like was that the metal design on the shelves stops an inch away from the sides in some places, leaving a small gap (pictured), but I don't think it is a huge deal. Definitely worth it for the price.
