It works great to add moisture to animals skin and stopped the extra licking. However, it smells and my cat knows when I mixed in her soft kitty food. But that's all I'd leave out , so she eats it

We use this salmon oil on top of our dogs food every day. Just a squirt for nice soft shiny coats. The dogs seem to like the flavor and they gobble it up. I like the top because it doesn't seem to drip as much as the pump. We keep it in the refrigerator
