Super comfortable and flowy. Top is similar to T-shirt material and breathes, which was perfect for the hot Florida weather. Worn to a funeral (forgot the sash at home, didn’t want to wash it with sash attached) and was complemented on it by friends and family. Can be dressed up for a more formal look or dressed down. Fit was perfect and didn’t shrink after washing and drying (set dryer to cool air). Bottom is see through with a slip underneath. First of all, the dress is true to size. It's a lovely shade of dusty lavender, just as it is pictured. It's a beautiful garment and looks much more expensive than it is. My only caution is that it needs to be steamed to get the wrinkles out. I washed it and air dried it, but that didn't help at all. After steaming, it looks amazing. I bought this in black for a military funeral and it was very comfortable and fit as it should. I will say, if you're like me, and your legs haven't seen the sun in 15 years, wear pantyhose. During an overcast sky, my legs looked like fluorescent light bulbs and glowed so bright that everyone was staring haha. When the sun came out, they were not as bad. The black to really white legs made for a bad time, but was ultimately hilarious. It is very comfortable and modest, and is a great price for what you get. The pros: the color is really pretty, it's comfy and true to size. The cons: it's very poorly made with loose strings on the seams, hem and belt. It's flimsy and wrinkles easily. I did wash it in cool water on my anti-wrinkle cycle and dried it on a delicate cycle which did help with the wrinkling but created more loose strings. I don't think it will survive more than a few washes. ... show more
