Dark lines from vacuum sealing. Dark lines running through the sweater. This seems to be a common problem lately with the last few things I have ordered from Amazon. It seems the quality is going way down and the prices are going way up. Not a good deal anymore to buy any clothing here.

    • A soft, plush feeling cardigan that I want in every color!

I like this style of cardigan with the draping lapel and slightly irregular hem. I ordered this ZESICA open front sweater coat in the royal blue color, which looks very close in color to what’s pictured in the listing, but is more of a blue-teal in actuality. To determine my usual size small is what I’d probably want, I viewed the provided size chart, read through the posted reviews and studied the photos in the listing. A lot of times I size up when ordering cardigans, shackets, sweaters, etc., because I want to allow enough room to wear shirts or lightweight sweaters underneath. On this one, there was no need to size up…it’s plenty roomy and is very stretchy! The knit fabric of this is very soft, a medium weight and has a plush feel to it. There is some weight to this sweater and the knit is very thick. Depending on where you live, this could be all you need for outerwear in the winter, but for those in colder climates it will be more for three season wear. It provides some warmth, but not enough to be standalone outerwear. I like the way the lapel drapes, as well as the way the irregular hem looks. Another plus is the side pockets which are deep enlightenment to put my hands in or to carry a few small items…including my iPhone 12 Pro. With a phone in the pockets it does pull down on the sweater, so I wouldn’t walk around with it in there, but it’s good to know it will easily fit in there if I need to for a few minutes. Overall, the quality of this Zesica cardigan seems to be very good, as there are no notable construction issues. It’s a sweater that can be worn with jeans, slacks, or shorter skirts and dresses. I always launder new clothes prior to wearing them, so this was placed in an XL delicates bag and washed with cold water on the gentle cycle. I then hung it over a drying rack to air dry. The sweater did not fade, shrink, or pill during the laundry process. I really like this sweater….so much that I’m considering getting additional colors. I do recommend it, keeping in mind that you shouldn’t need to size up. For reference, my measurements are: Height - 5’4” Bust - 35” Waist - 30” Arm length - 22.5” Shoulder width - 15” Weight - 115# ... show more

I am a fall clothes kind of person. I spend all summer wishing the weather would cool off so I can break out my fall wardrobe. I've been this way my entire adult life. When I tell you that I love this cardigan/jacket/thing, I mean it. It is loose without being shapeless. It is comfortable without being overly warm. There's nothing symmetrical about the hemlines or the lapels, but it doesn't look uncoordinated in any way. I am going to have to order this in more colors. I love it. ... show more
