WOW! This stuff smells AMAZING!!! It's MUCH cheaper than FeBreeze or any of the big brand name fabric & air sprays AND it smells GREAT! Long lasting clean scent that stays well after it's been sprayed! It smells better than the cheap crap from the Dollar Tree that I had been buying since the price of FeBreeze has gotten even more expensive than it used to be AND they stopped selling my favorite scent, the one that smelled like Tide Laundry Detergent. That was my fav but it's impossible to find now. I even attempting to DIY my own spray by making a potion of H2O w/ baking soda, liquid fabric softener Downy & a little Tide liquid laundry detergent w/ essential oils in an empty bottle; which made my sprayer stop functioning completely plus left spots on fabric. 😑🤦🏼♀️ So, on a whim I decided to try this out without smelling it first because the price was so reasonable. I LOVE it! The bottle is HUGE in comparison to FeBreeze but it's ssooo much cheaper! FeBreeze is typically available in 27 ounce trigger nozzle spray bottles, but Zep Air & Fabric Odor Eliminator bottle is a whole quart(320z)!!! Just look at my pictures (lighter & water bottle for scale). If you're on the fence about buying this because you haven't been able to smell it first, just take my advice & BUY IT because it smells wonderful! Very crisp & clean! Not florally or vanilla-ish or that weird fake imitation Cotton Linen smell, but more like original Tide, kind of? Hard to explain but I guarantee you will like it! Plus, you can buy it by the gallon to refill it! The sprayer nozzle that it comes with is excellent quality! Way better than Dollar Tree's or FeBreeze which both have leaked or just plain stopped working for me in the past. It comes with a built in child lock on the twist top, which will keep the kiddos safe but it's simple for adults to unscrew. The fragrance lasts far longer than the competition sprays! It really made my day receiving this first thing this morning! But now I can't stop spraying it all around the whole house, the garage, the car, the porch, my neighbors house, my boyfriend's truck, the dog, lol ... I love this stuff! Zep is such a good brand that is seriously underrated! All of their products I have tried really amaze me because not only do they work GREAT, but they are by far cheaper than most of the big name brand products! They are superior in quality BY FAR over the Dollar Tree knock off dupes. It doesn't leave any weird oil spots on fabric or any of that sticky chalky residue on hard surfaces either. I absolutely love Zep Air and Fabric Odor Eliminator. I use it around the cat litter box and also when washing cat-related laundry, and it works incredibly well. It reduces odors almost immediately without being expensive, which makes it such a great value. I had previously tried Arm & Hammer products and Amazon Basics odor eliminators, but this has worked much better for me—and it is cheaper too. It has made cleaning up after my cats so much easier and less stressful. I am so glad I found this product and will definitely keep buying it. Highly recommend! ... show more

PROS: + Price and effectiveness. This is more affordable & works better and faster than the "odor banning" product I have used for years. I'm in a very small apartment & cook a LOT. This clears up those smells & the ones from my trashcan. + The scent is very mild & pleasant. I was worried because of some of the reviews. CONS: - While the sprayer it comes with isn't bad, I find that the mist is heavy enough to settle on my hard floors. Instead, I am using one of those finer misting bottles that people use for hair and face misting. Overall, I like this so much that I have done a Subscribe & Save. This does a fantastic job at getting out heavy urine odors. But the performance is heavily dependent on the surface it is being sprayed on. For example, in my case, the apartment I moved into had left over cat urine residue on the faux wooden closet shelves. I am still trying to scrub and get the smell out. Ive had to reapply in corners of the new linoleum flooring where there was cat residue. But, it works great on edges of carpeting that still held in the smell. It’s fantastic for spraying inside garbage cans to keep the bags smelling fresh. Wonderful to use as a bathroom spritz if needed. It has a VERY strong, laundry soap clean smell, which I personally think is pleasant, but requires ventilation and could be overwhelming for some. ... show more

I originally bought this product because of the price but I continue buying it not only for the great price but because it is a fantastic product. The scent is just perfect and lasts a long time! With 2 large dogs in my home, I needed a strong product but I'm particular about scents. This one is perfection in a spray bottle. This stuff is amazing! Not only is it for fabrics but you can spray it into the air to neutralize odors overall. Great light scent. Works instantly. Won’t be going back to the other pricier inferior product. Highly recommend!

Great fragrance, but does not eliminate the odors in my shared nursing home room. Also, despite adjusting the spray, product never comes out as a fine mist so everything gets wet, including me. Used under the right circumstances, this an excellent value.
