Almost Perfect for what I need
I have been using this machine daily for a week, and for now, I'm giving it a 4.5 star. It's suitable for small spaces, has the strength to wash clothes clean, and is easy to use without the useless instruction that comes with the product. And here are some tips and details for you if you're having troubles like I did or considering a purchase of this washing machine: 1. You can use a bucket to get the water in. But if you want to use the tube, which comes in the box, to connect to your faucet, you must have a fitted faucet or a suitable faucet adapter. I found this Danco Dishwasher Faucet Adapter (The left one in my third picture) to be a perfect fit; it's also on amazon. When you join the tube, push it all the way in (see picture four), so it won't leak or come off. Remember to hold the part that connects to the water inlet side; the tube may come off due to water pressure. 2. The water level label is on the back side of the machine (See the up-left corner of my second picture, the one that shows the inside part). It labels Low, Medium, and High levels. It would be best to keep the water level below the H mark so the water won't come out from the right-side drain tube. 3. For the drainage part, first, ensure this machine is higher than your drain outlet. Then all you need to do is unhook the right-side drain tube and quickly put it down towards your drain outlet. I use my toilet for this, and it works fantastic. 4. As other reviews said, the spin function has a lot of issues. It is noisy and shakes like crazy, but the worst part is that it will melt the bottom of the spin basket, and you need to be very careful if you want to use this function. My suggestions are, first, no more than 3 minutes at a time; Second, while holding the machine when it spins, put down the drain tube to let the water out, and stop the machine as soon as the water flow is small. I'm not having any melting problems for now, but I can't guarantee that it won't melt even if you do as I do. After a quick spin, the cloth will still be pretty wet, but it won't be dripping. Overall, this mini washing machine is one of the best purchases I have ever made on Amazon. I feel so good now that I don't have to share that one machine with all the other people living in my apartment. And my clothes are as clean as they come from a giant washing machine.

This Gig Worker Approves 👍
As a gig worker, I need to wash small batches of clothes, undergarments, and small towels regularly. ZENY effectively cleans and provides ease for my busy schedule. I'm a larger woman, and the machine fits 2-3 medium-weight tops/bottoms, along with 1-2 undergarments. Separately, a long maxi skirt and pashmina-style headscarf also move freely and do not snag. On occasion, I've washed a queen-size bedsheet or light throw blanket. This bedding will not fit into the small spin basket. The benefit here is saving a hand wash or trip to laundromat, even if needing to wring out the large piece separately. For clothes, the humble spin function does not disappoint when used properly. Light fabrics spin nearly dry, and medium to heavier weights such as socks, a thin sweater, or hand towels spin to extract an impressive amount of water, sometimes needing just one hand wring before hanging to dry. When using the spin function, I've had to restrain the unit only when my loads were too heavy or unevenly packed. To stabilize, I split each spin task based on wet weight, placing items evenly and ensuring the basket is securely snapped into place. The customer service team is also highly responsive. After receiving some extra guidance, the ZENY unit has provided value for money, saving me time and personal energy. To my fellow gig workers, I recommend this unit as a capable and small-scale alternative to the weekly laundry grind.

Good just awkward to use
Lasted me for about 2 years of consistent use before the inlet tube broke. It's a bit awkward but once you get the hang of it, it gets the job done. If I were to buy another one I would go for a different model personally but I'd still say it was worth buying.

No dry spinner
I will start by saying I have had one of the larger double barrel units before and it worked great. Good sized washer and the spinner made the items very close to almost dry. But I needed a smaller one because I have a tiny apartment. When I got this I was excited. It is the cutest thing ever. The washer was decent sized, I was able to wash about 3 shirts at a time. But that is where the fun ends. I expected the spinner to be small so that was not my disappointment. The spinner could only hold one thing at a time and did not spin out any water at all. The thing that was mostly annoying is the whole thing jumped around while spinning. Pretty much walked across the tub on its own. I had read another review where he said this too but thought I would try it any way. But he was right, you would have to stand there and hold the thing down to stop it from jumping around. Complete waste of electricity. Don't waste your time on this. Also when I tried to use it up on a table first I lifted it up and it had leaked all over. There was water all over the table and floor around the washer. Even if you are in a small space get the bigger one. At least the spinner will do what we expect. I'm disappointed but grateful for easy returns. I may have to pay a little more for a bigger one and it may take up more space but it is worth it. The thing I like about these is how clean and fresh it gets my things. I can visually see the dirt come out of things that had been washed in regular washer. Kinda bad how commercial washers don't get things as clean as you might expect. So, not recommended. But the stronger double barrel washer spinner and you will see the difference in how they spin the items nearly dry. This one, not dry. Still very wet.

Great little washer. Not for Drying.
My family and I decided to become full time RVers. We bought an RV that did not have a washer and dryer. So naturally, I started my search for a portable washer and dryer. I wanted something small enough to fit in our storage bays. But large enough to do a decent sized load. I though this would be perfect because it was smaller than the side by side washer and spin dryers. But it could still spin dry. It fit perfectly in our shower. After a couple uses, I started to see the limitations. It could do a decent amount of socks and underwear in one load. And it could wash about 4 shirts in one load. But it can only do 1 pair of jeans or a large sweater at a time. This amount was ok for us as long as I did a load every other day. Where this product falls short is the spin dryer. It only spins about as fast as a salad spinner. It gets the clothes just to the point where they aren’t dripping anymore. The spin capacity is already low. I think it’s about 2.5lbs. But if you fill the spin basket any higher then half way, the entire machine starts to jump around. I had to put the un spun clothes in a tub on top of the machine to keep it from jumping around. It would take about 3 to 4 rounds at 5 minutes each to spin one wash of clothes. I’ve had the machine for two years and used it off and on. The washing mechanism finally broke last week. My final thoughts on this product is that if you really need a machine that is small and you’re not doing too much laundry, it’s great for the price and size. But if you are doing laundry for more than one person, I’d go with something a little larger.

Great for Yuckies!
I brought this little washing machine specifically for "Yuckies/Uckies" which are all the things I need to wash, but can't stand putting in the same washing machine as my underwear and bras, namely: The mop heads I use to clean the floors with, the mop heads I use to clean up my dogs, piss, poop and vomit with, bath rugs, sneakers, dog shoes, anything that I feel is too gross to put in my regular home washer. Pros: So far, I've done about 3 loads of Uckies and this has worked just as I hoped it would. I feel like it washes them well if I put the setting for long enough. Everything is pretty simple, which is good because the directions are lacking (we'll get to that in the cons section). It's not to noisy as long as you position the spin basket just right. It had no problem washing and then spin drying my mop heads, but I figured there's no way it would be able to spin dry my bathroom rug. I am presently surprised it took in one of my dirty bath rugs and spun dried it just fine! So overall, I am pleased with this device! Cons: The dials are VERY difficult to read. It's hard to know if you are putting it on spin, or wash, and if you are getting the time correct. I have to feel the dial and try to feel the little triangle that points to your desired option. They really could have made this easier for us. The directions manual doesn't tell you much about how to set this washing machine up and use the spin dryer. Yes, it's easy to set up initially, but I didn't realize the spin dryer had to lock into place, or else the washer would shake and vibrate and be very noisy. I have figured it out myself, but it would have been helpful if the manual had made it easier to understand.

Very good
I had this washer now for 3 years until I got a automatic portable machine this year and it still works perfectly, and I have to say it has held me down during the COVID for less frequent visits to laundromats and washes clothes pretty effectively. The only thing is, you can’t overload it, you can comfortably wash one entire light outfit such as tights, shirts, bras, socks, light full size throw, light jeans, baby clothes, it can even fit one fitted light queen size sheet, one small body towel fits in here (except for spinning, will have to drip dry and wring out). You cannot use this machine to wash heavy materials or fabrics, such as huge comforters, heavy linen or Jersey cotton knit sheets. I was able to wash my tshirts yoga pants, yoga shorts, bras, underwear, socks just fine. Be mindful of the water line, don’t use super hot water, or bleach as it is plastic and can break down. Warm water is ok, The spin cycle is ok but you can’t add too much into it, it’s is best for one short and a shirt at a time and that’s it. I got a Lavario brand Drip dry clothes rack along with this machine (about 100 dollars) and it helped with letting clothes air dry and can drip because it has a bucket piece on the bottom to catch the water, as long as you point a fan towards it you should be good, give it a full day and it will be dry. Doesn’t use a lot of electricity to work, great for RV’s and traveling, it’s super light weight and the agitator is pretty strong as long as you don’t over load it, I hope this review helps.
