  • Vacuum Adjustable Damping: The Fluid Damping technology allows videographers to create extremely smooth and consistent camera movements. The damping setting can be adjusted between 1 and 5. The higher the number, the higher the resistance, which also solves the problem of high resistance caused by extremely low temperatures.
  • Fast Switching Motor: The slider rail and motor are independent and driven by a high-strength stainless steel Arri gear. The motor can be integrated and removed easily by using the quick release screws. Its effortless to switch between a manual and motorised slider to handle different shooting conditions.
  • Triple Support Syste: With standard 1/4" and 3/8" screw ports added to both sides of the slider, you can have the Zeapon Micro3 mounted upside down or you can mount the Micro3 on a car easily. The entire Micro3 Series sliders come with tripod support rods, no need to purchase them separately, prevent the slider from tilting when moving to the end.

I purchased this item with the intention of using it on multiple tv series i make regularly. This slider so far has held up to everything i can throw at it. I have used it for overhead dolly shots, mounted it on rocks, used it on construction sites... all that and i've only had it a few months. I use it regularly with the sony fx3 so far it is a great purchase for what i do. easily the toughest budget slider out. I also had lost a rubber foot & zeapon was kind enough to send me extras! i they did get the replacements to my house quickly as well. My ONLY complaint about this slider is for some reason in the footage it sometimes bows and isnt totally flat so it might look weird when ramping footage. This also could be something easily fixable that i do not know how to fix. suggestion for zeapon if you read these reviews: 1. I would suggest they sell them as an item in the store to make this process as easy as possible as i lost mine in the field & could've ordered some to where i was on location in another state vs sending them to my home. 2. a firmware update to dampen/smooth the slider at the end of repeating moves. its a little rough when it changes direction at the very end of the slider. i noticed if you set it just before the ends, it does stop much better when repeating moves. 3. making an optional brushless motor version of the pons unit. this would help for shoots where audio is paramount. although i have used this regularly with no issue when using it with professional audio mixers who mix from their bag and no one has complained about audible noise from the slider yet. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The Zeapon Micro3 slider is a fantastic piece of equipment. It offers a range of features that make it stand out from other manual sliders on the market: * Easy and quick set up * No calibration and minimal balancing * Great value for the cost * Heavy load capacity * Can do time lapses and stop motion * Included cases and support clamps * Smooth sliding * Can add the Pons (pan and tilt) system which integrates perfectly * Can be used with or without the App One of the things I like most about it is how easy it is to set up. I purchased it with the Pons pan and tilt system which makes it possible to have three axis of motion. The slider, pan and tilt function work seamlessly in the app and do not even require calibration and minimal balancing. You just set it up and it is ready to go. The build quality which is exceptional which allows for smooth and stable camera movements. I purchased this primarily for motion time lapses, but I have also found that it is wonderful for all types of filmmaking. The motorized movement ensures that your camera movements are consistent and repeatable. You can film time-lapse, stop-motion, interviews, and product photography. I have included a reel of clips and time lapses filmed with this system and I've only had it a few winter months with poor weather conditions. As you view my examples keep in mind that I am still learning its full capabilities along with the best camera settings for motion astrophotography and other genres. I highly recommend this exceptionally well-engineered tech including the PONs pan and tilt system. This slider, along with Zeapon's PONS PT head, has been my favorite addition to my video kit this year. The slider is compact but able to carry a pretty decent payload, even vertically. There are included tripod support rods which have personally eliminated the issue of the slider becoming too heavy on a side when it fully extends--no more fear of my tripod falling over! I'm not usually the biggest fan of mobile apps for my photo/video gear, but their app also makes it easy to program moves with waypoints and control speed. Would recommend!
