This is one of the most flattering skirts I own. It fits perfectly on my waist and on my hips (34-26-38) which is rare. The length is about mid calf for me. The material is so soft and silky, thick, but has good movement and is a classic staple. Although, tucking in tops can be tricky to have it not show if you don’t wear tights to tuck into. I have this in black as well now. The zippers have never been a problem ever. What really impressed me is that I spilled coffee on the pink color (it’s more pink than champagne) and couldn’t wash it for a few days, the stain came out with a normal wash. Another huge bonus is that the waist band actually lies flat, I’ve found a lot of similar skirts have an issue with this, but these are perfect. I always get compliments when I wear these skirts, don’t sit on this!

I bought the blk and lavender colors and both are beautiful fabric, not flimsy, and well made. They are true to size, but the elastic banded waist line did allow me more room to go down a size. Sometimes these mass-produced garments are poorly sized and not well sewn, but these skirts are an exception. I see why they’re so popular. Well done Amazon!

This skirt is cute, it’s a good length, but it’s not particularly well made. I ordered both a medium and a large and the medium was almost too small and the large was definitely too big. The fabric feels nice, but the construction feels more akin to a $10-$15 skirt. I kept the medium and wore it with some smoothing spanx, but the zipper doesn’t really lie flat, and even though I still haven’t washed it, the threads have begun to fray. All that being said. It’s still cute. I love the color and I’ve already gotten tons of compliments. Water does not dry quickly like some of my other synthetic satin clothes, so be wary around suspicious sinks and water fountains. I’m a typical size 8 and I still feel like I’m squeezing into this a little bit. It wrinkles easily, so I’m likely only going to wear this to events or days when I know I’ll mostly be walking. It also doesn’t really lie flat around the waistband. I wish I’d just shelled out a couple more bucks and got a Banana Republic or Madewell one. I’ll still wear it though.

Firstly this is a beautiful and classy-looking midi skirt. I wore it out and it was very elegant and flowy! I ironed the black one and the seams were well-made and smooth I noticed. It’s a good thickness but it’s not the kind of satin that’s impervious to wrinkles. I’m 5’7”+ and 128lbs and a Medium fits quite snugly. As you can see from the photos my waist is not thick, but I am short-waisted (narrowest part of my waist is a little too high up to my bust, and would be better if a little lower down towards my hips). If seeing any stomach pooch sticking out drives you crazy, you’ll definitely want to wear it up a little higher which camouflages it nicely. Keep in mind through that bias-cut satin is not a friend of lumps and bumps! I tried a Large (the “Pastel Peach, which is really a beautiful champagne color) and thought it would make my stomach pooch look a little less noticeable but not so. You’ll probably notice that the Large makes it look worse. I also ordered the pink which is NOT a cerise pink like the photo— it’s a dusty mauve-rose so it’s going back. I’m returning the Large “Pastel Peach” and ordering a Medium instead as this skirt is overall a winner! Hopefully this is helpful to you!

The material is cheaper so I don’t know how long with will last. But I got it specifically for this outfit so I love it. It is comfortable and has an elastic waistband so it will give a little stretch. Biggest downfall is it wrinkles easily but overall I think it’s worth the price for what you get.
