This is worth trying if you deal with gout. I had my first flare-up, which was killer, and while I was determined not to go through it again, I also did not want to be on a prescription the rest of my life. I did some research into tart cherry then found this extract and have been taking this daily. I’ve not had a flare-up for a year or so since that first time. I also control my diet, so I wasn’t sure which was actually working, until my mom started taking these also. She had constant swelling in her foot from gout (she had been affected differently). After taking these for a couple of days, the swelling went down and she was able to wear some shoes she could not for a very long time! I’ve had other friends take these who have not seen flare-ups since. Will it work for everyone? I have no idea, but we have seen some great results! I noticed better recovery and less soreness after workouts within the first couple of weeks. I also appreciate that it’s vegan and made with a concentrated extract.
