Got this as a starter kit for sculpting and the tools will do their job, but the quality of the tools is very poor. The metal ends are made of a very soft, easy to deform, metal. (Probably a cheap aluminum.) You need to be careful when you want to remove a (relatively) large amount of material from something like a Monster Clay sculpture because you will bend or loosen the tool ends. My tool with the needle end on it also just doesn't have the needle end glued in, so it falls right out of the handle; I will need to glue it in myself if I want to use it. Not a 1 star review because, although I absolutely will not buy them again and wouldn't recommend them, they can do their job as long as you put them on light-duty or use them with super soft clay. (As a note, I was trying to use these tools with a medium-firmness Monster Clay, which I'm able to deform and smooth by hand at room temperature. Light shallow carving/shaving and light sculpting is fine, but I really don't like knowing I'm at my tools limit when doing that.) ... show more
