This is a gym mat and as such is nicely padded and should cushion most users during mild gymnastic moves. Now, it is not a bed cushion, but I had a problem with feeling the coils and wire supports of my bed. This pad gives you instant relief, turning a bed with pressure points into a firm bed with no pressure points. The 4X6 size is perfect for a full bed, almost as if so designed. Just remember if you choose this for your bed, you no longer are resting on cloth but instead on a plastic firm mat. You will have to use a comforter as intermediary. In other words, besides for the gym, a very few people can use this for bedding and enjoy it. ... show more
