They have been taken outside one time and used on a blacktop driveway for short period of time. The wheels immediatly were scratched, scuffed and roughed up. This is advertised for outdoor use and although you can I don't think they will last long being used outside consistantly. However these are supper cute and the light is funky and fun, but to extend the life of the skate they really should be used indoors only. This is my first time trying to skate and I was super excited once this package arrived. However… it came a little bit dirty even though it should’ve been unscathed and brand new. At first I only saw a bit of dirt on the interior on the sides of the laces but once I got outside I noticed a large scratch/dirt smug.
