I ordered the queen size in this. You will need a dust ruffle. Fortunately I already had one on this bed so it was no problem. I love the colors and am overall happy with it. If you want it to go to the floor on a queen size bed you should order the king size.

Worth keeping for future reference.I was looking for you something my grandson could use on his bed it would be easy for him to make and still look nice when it was done. I changed my decorating idea, so I’m not currently using it. But I’m keeping it for future reference anyway.

I really like this quilt-love the colors! It is lightweight, which is what I was looking for. I am glad I bought a king for my queen size bed, it fits just the way I wanted-it doesn't touch the floor on the sides or the bottom. Be sure to check out the measurements before buying. King size shams came with this, I didn't even think about that. I put the shams on standard size pillows, but wasn't particularly liking the look. I bought some king-size pillows and put the shams on, but now the pillows hang over the edge of the bed. Not quite sure if I will keep the kings on the bed or change back to the standard pillows. Overall, I love it!

This is what a king size quilt looks like on a 30" tall queen size bed. The material is soft and cool to the touch, just like cool bed sheets in the summertime. It's thin, yet feels like it will be durable. There are wrinkles in it from the packaging, so I'm not sure if they'll be better or worse after washing. The quilt is exactly as described!
