The initial order received had a defective part and the company was notified immediately. Within a few days we received all of the necessary pieces needed to assemble the bench. It didn't take more than 30 minutes to assemble and it looks wonderful in our entryway. This was the perfect fit for storing shoes on and our dog's accessories on in a more accessible area near the front door.
