I have given very few reviews on Amazon in general. I searched for a shoe cabinet for about 3 months shoe deciding on this grey one. It was the least expensive and the only one around this price point with free shipping, so I bit the bullet and went for it. It has all the pieces (except i couldn't find the Y screws, but i was able to use extra of the T labeled screws) plus a few extras in case you lose some along the way, the directions were simple and easy to follow (unlike some pieces you have to put together), it was complete and made to be like real furniture where the thin back piece doesn't wobble and make noise. There's a cut out on the back piece, at the top, to secure it to the wall (I've never seen it done this way, but I love it). This is by far the easiest piece of furniture I've ever put together). It's beautiful and looks just as the photo. I couldn't be happier to hide my shoe clutter! Thank you for making an exceptional piece of furniture for a decent price! ... show more

Looks as pictured. I purchased the grey with gold trim. Purchased to house 13 pair of sneakers; so that gives you an idea of how much space is inside. I did not include hightop sneakers, but you can make hightops fit by adjusting the dividers inside before final assembly. I specially like the pull down drawer at the top. Makes for stashing extra laces, purses or shoe cleaning supplies. Took me a couple of hours to assemble alone. I recommend first placing all parts and bolts on the floor in alpha order and then go step by step. For the large, round inner bolts I used a screw driver; I don't recommend using an electric screwer driver for those. For other long screws I used one of those small electric screw drivers on low speed to protect my wrists. And at some point in the instructions (I believe when you're assembling the drawers) it recommended I only use a screw driver - which I did. Overall, I'm satisfied and it's attractive for any bedroom or foyer. ... show more

When this came it was bigger than I anticipated. I always wanted one from ikea for years. But this one is much better as it is still a spare saver but with much more class. I will say I wish they would have put each letter screw individually wrapped. The lower case u and n look alike as the stickers were not put on the package right side up. Some were sidewase. I belive this is why at the end I felt like I had screw s for u missing so I just Jimmy rigged the rest of mix match screws to finish the storage space. Because we just wanted to be done we had a screw poke through the front a bit. Mind u i was very organized before starting. glad I read the other review of it being a 2 person job for the drawers. I was able to do the bottom myself but needed help for second one. Overall I'm satisfied. ... show more

Definitely worth the money. It took me about 4 hours to assemble, but I did it myself. A second set of hands would have made it quicker. Some parts are missing a lable (meaning that when you have 4 parts that are all the same, only one is was labeled), and I couldn't find some of the screws indicated in the instructions, so I've used spare ones instead. Item came damaged, directions weren't very clear to assemble, and it was difficult communing with the seller trying to figure out how to do a return for a large item. Seller was unwilling to schedule a return pickup. Upon trying to assemble, materials are cheap and drawers stick trying to open.

The media could not be loaded. I just live this new shoe storage. It was easy to put together, although I did end up using a power drill. Even my husband said he liked the look of it. All our shoes fit well except the tall boots. My son and husband were a size 10 and e had to slightly turn their shoes or push them a little further in the shelf. This item is quality and beautiful. I was so impressed and shared the link on social media. EXCELLENT customer service!! Keep in mind there are TONS of screws and you will need a small screwdriver& a mallet. It would be nice if they provided the screwdriver at least for the price. This took me some time to put together as you are manually screwing the parts in. One of the pieces arrived damaged and they quickly confirmed and replaced the part. Also one of the screw packets toward the end was missing but was able to use screws from a different package to screw in the top drawer. I loved this piece and even bought two to stand side by side. But after about 6 months of daily use, the drawers fell off. We brought in a handyman because we couldn't figure out what was wrong, only for him to show us that the small nails keeping the drawers in the frame had totally worn through the wood. He tried fixing it but ultimately said it wasn't worth further investment considering the quality of the pieces. I was so disappointed and wish we could make it work, but now, after he fixed both shoe stands, they've broken again. ... show more
