I rinse and de-hydrate them and I get avoid the acrylamide that forms (or increases) with high-temperature roasting. All months are flat, but that is not the reason for giving one star. Every now and then they taste very bitter and sometimes rotten. The one that was bitter, made my tongue numb for about a minute. I looked at the almonds, and I found some unusual looking ones that I think was cause of the problem.
