In our busy lives, it's nice to have some little 'helpers' around the house. This is one of those items, and I can use it in my reclining chair, on the couch, for when I'm recording podcasts, at the table, etc. etc. My wife prefers a TV tray, but those don't adjust as well to the desired situation AND can be bulky when you don't have the extra space.

When I opened the box I laughed a little b/c it was like 2 cutting boards and a pole LOL but you know what, I needed something small, that could move because i'm a tv dinner person, tv and coffee, etc. It's perfect, it takes up virtually no floor space (i slid it right under the couch!) and leveled it where i wanted it. If you have a small space or an awkward width arm on your couch -- you must! =)

I used to watch TV while eating so I needed a side table that can hold nicely. This came out to be so perfect because of its sturdiness. The size is good enough to hold a plate and glass of beer. Loved it!

The tray was easy to assemble. It does seem smaller than what I expected. It is not a standard tray table and does not have wheels. It appears to be well made but not sure if it is worth the current price.

We had some TV trays we were using, but they never fit the couch very well. If you slide the edge of the base under the couch, the table was not high enough to clear the arm. This one works perfect with the adjustable height and provides a stable table to manage your food, beverages, or other item you want to keep nearby? Easy assembly and very durable.

This fits under my very low profile sofa so that part I love. I do wish there was a way not to have all the carvings in the top and it was just a plain top... or maybe just less of them. The phone stand part is ok.... though most cases these days do that anyway. Incredibly easy to assemble. Minutes from unboxing to full use. Sturdy, attractive, and decent design. I am pleased with this sofa table.
