Not perfect but I like it. I bought this mainly to store my towels but I noticed it might not be too strong to hold the weight of the towels so I decided to just store the sheets. So far so good. Too soon to tell how its going to hold up. I did secure every single joint with the zip ties it came with. It also wasn't hard to put toguether. Very easy to install. Little crooked but thats my fault. Didn't wear the gloves wasn't necessary. Its very cute and very light weight but if you know that when buying you won't have any problems. I liked that I could design a system that perfectly fit my space. I disliked that it was so time consuming to put together. I am now moving, and the thought of dismantling this makes my head spin. So many zip ties to cut off! But at least I'll be able to customize it for my next space I also disliked that the doors don't always stay closed and there's no way to kind of latch them more securely. I live in Earthquake-prone land and the idea of everything falling out during an earthquake is not something I like to think about a lot. ... show more

Easy to assemble…for the most part. Some of the pieces aren’t square so it’s nearly impossible to have them ALL seated all the way. The finished product is very sturdy (and heavy). Loved how flexible you can be with the design. I only wish there were inserts of some sort to make the shelves solid- the holes are big and have needed improvisation to keep things from falling through. The doors don’t all fully close. I would still buy it again! Tons of storage for a great price! (I do not think this would be deep enough for an adult closet though- it has been working great for toy storage) ... show more

Okay first of all they do not send a wooden mallet with these. It is a tiny plastic one like the one my son had as a kid. He laughed when he saw it. The shelves take a bit longer to put together than you are told in the videos. It took us the better part of 2 days to get them together. I did a set of four acrossed and five up which worked well until i realized some of the zip ties weren't put in and two shelves collapsed. Then it held together really well. Man if it weren't for the zip ties this thing would completely fall apart. The second unit I put together was a single row of cubes 4 high worked really well with the cubes that way. Basically once you get the hang of it , it goes together easier the gloves are too small and too thick to handle zip ties with. I was so scratched up it looked like I had gotten in a fight with an alley cat. Just not meant for two older women to put together , at least not an almost 60 yr old and a seventy year old. ... show more

Love this! It was easy to put together all of my own, has tons of space, and is super sturdy. Only cons are: if you place something on the very top, the panel could fall out of place if not for the zip ties they advise you to use. And the doors don't close all the way and often spring back open even if you try to close them. They only stay shut if you force them back into the space between the top panel and the shelf. ... show more

I ordered this and I didn’t receive it, although the carrier said they delivered it. So, I reached out to the company and they sent it again. When I got the product it wasn’t quite what I expected, it is a bit less sturdy than I thought it would be. I have put my heavy things on the very bottom and have put my lighter things on the top. But the company came through when the product was either stolen or not delivered to the right house. (Things are frequently delivered to the wrong houses in this neighborhood.) I love the look of this shelving unit. The depth of the boxes make it decent for storage yet easy to fit into a space. Putting it together was quite tedious, especially when it came to the zip ties! (So so so many zip ties!!) the metal racks are quite fragile so you have to be very careful when you’re snapping them in place, not to break a weld! I wish all the boxes lined up 100% but for ours that’s not the case. Not enough to deter me from buying again, but definitely a quality issue I would like the manufacturer to address. ... show more

The instructions that came with the item were vague, to say the least. I had to look up a video online how to assemble it. The guy in the video kept saying how easy it was but it kicked my butt. Also the pieces that connected the unit were unstable that the unit came with zip ties to secure them all in place. This took me 2 days about 6 hours to assemble. If not assembled correctly the doors do not square up. Otherwise it looks like the picture. ... show more
