  • Dont wast your Money
It did not heat up. Ordered eggs thinking this would work. The alarm sounded ever 15 minutes because it was not heating up. Poor instructions. Looked online to see if I could find a fix. No luck. Returned.

  • Hatching made easy!
Review: Youtemei Egg Incubator (36 Egg Capacity) As a hobbyist poultry enthusiast, I've had the opportunity to try out various incubators, and the Youtemei Egg Incubator has quickly become one of my favorites. With a capacity of 36 eggs, it strikes a perfect balance between being spacious enough for larger hatches while still being compact for home use. Here are some detailed insights based on my experience: Design and Build Quality: The Youtemei incubator has a sleek, modern design that fits well in any home setting. The clear viewing window allows for easy monitoring of the eggs without disturbing them, which is a big plus. The materials used feel sturdy and durable, suggesting that it will hold up well over time. Automatic Egg Turning: One of the standout features of this incubator is the automatic egg turning function. This is a significant time-saver and reduces the risk of human error, as consistent turning is crucial for healthy embryo development. The mechanism operates quietly and efficiently, turning the eggs at regular intervals, which gives me peace of mind while I focus on other tasks. Humidity Control: Humidity is one of the most critical factors in successful incubation, and the Youtemei does not disappoint. The built-in humidity control system allows for easy adjustments, ensuring that the environment remains optimal throughout the incubation period. The digital display clearly shows the humidity levels, making it easy to monitor and adjust as needed. Temperature Regulation: The incubator maintains a consistent temperature, which is essential for successful hatching. I’ve experienced minimal fluctuations, and the digital thermostat provides precise readings. The addition of an alarm feature that alerts you to any significant changes in temperature or humidity is a thoughtful touch that adds an extra layer of security. Capacity and Versatility: With a capacity of 36 eggs, it’s perfect for small to medium hatching projects. I’ve successfully incubated chicken, duck, and quail eggs with this model. The adjustable egg trays are a nice feature, allowing for different sizes of eggs without any hassle. Ease of Use: Setting up the Youtemei incubator is straightforward, even for beginners. The user manual is clear and concise, providing guidance on temperature and humidity settings for various egg types. The controls are intuitive, making it easy to navigate the settings. Conclusion: Overall, the Youtemei Egg Incubator is an excellent investment for both novice and experienced breeders. Its combination of automatic egg turning, precise humidity control, and reliable temperature regulation makes it a standout choice in the crowded incubator market. I’ve had a high success rate with hatching using this model, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to expand their poultry endeavors. Whether you're hatching for personal use or small-scale farming, this incubator offers great value and performance. ... show more

  • Incubate your own eggs, save some money
We live on a farm, and each season we buy chickens. My wife likes the exotic birds - and they are hard to find sometimes. If you have the patience, you can order the fertile eggs online and hatch them yourself. This incubator is an inexpensive tool that will aid in building your exotic flock. I have not yet hatched any birds with this - I will before next spring. So I cannot yet speak to the quality of temp and humidity control. As for the build quality - It is OK. Not extremely heavy duty, and I think you would be hard pressed actually fitting 36 eggs in it - they would be crammed tight. I am planning on doing 24 on the first hatch. It is two piece, and appears easy to clean. The quality of the buttons, and screen seem to be typical import. Nothing exceptional, but should be fine. ... show more

  • Very simple design that works well
I waited to write this review because I had ordered two different style incubators, the primary difference between them is the way they rotate the eggs, This one uses rollers and a stepper motor connected to a long acne screw to rotate the eggs whereas this one has a large tray with the stepper motor in the lid that moves the whole tray back and forth. I personally like the style with the roller wheels and Acme screw and my wife likes this style with the moving tray, either way they both seem to work equally well. My wife's primary interest is in raising turkeys and so at first she was concerned that it wouldn't be large enough for turkey eggs put upon closer inspection and realize that it works just fine for larger eggs because you can adjust the dividers in the rotator. My wife was able to set this up without cracking the manual, she had it assembled and working within minutes, On the other hand she had to crack the manual open for the other style with the rollers for automatic egg turning. Admit that this model is probably one of the simplest I've seen and it works very well. The sliding tray design is starting to grow on me, one of the issues we've run into with the rollers is that debris can get caught in the gears and bind the whole system up, that can't happen with this style. We also retained the foam packing this came in and used it to insulate the incubator which significantly increases its performance by reducing the amount of heat lost. Overall I think It's a great product that adheres to the keep it simple philosophy. ... show more

  • Awesome Egg Incubator
This product was received as part of a promotion. I have had chickens for 4 years now. I’ve been wanting to get an incubator for a while but could never find one that looked like it would last long enough to use. I haven’t gotten enough eggs yet to begin incubating. Once I do I’ll be testing it out for the success rate of hatching. However it looks like I’ll have no anticipated issues with it as it comes with instructions. Its functionality is fantastic & the value for how much I would have paid is a fair price for all this product does. It’s very durable & once you set it on a table and set it up, it will do all the automatic turning etc. it looks like all you have to do is add water every couple of days to keep the humidity good inside. The instructions tell you all you need to know. It’s definitely a 5/5 product. Thank you! ... show more
