It's a good product. I'm not the biggest fan of the texture but it's nothing worth complaining about, it's fine. It's definitely more sports wear than traditional t shirts, so prepare to sweat a little more than usual. Clearly, a true compression shirt.—a tight fit to get into. Once it's on, it's fine, because it's not actually undersized, it just seems like it. The armpits and shoulders are fine. Good cooling properties. Thin but strong material that's squeezed tight to your skin. And while it appears to be all of the same material, if you hold it up to the light you'll see there are mesh panels under the arms and down the back starting from half way, for extra cooling. So, how tight? At first I thought I was shipped a medium, and that it ran small on top of that. I was sure of it, because sometime I order medium in this type of shirt, but this was tighter. But it is indeed large, as ordered. If you want to wear this as a compression undershirt, under a uniform, for instance, then it's ideal. It won't add bulk, and it's will wick away sweat. If you just want a nice form-fitting gym shirt, then go up a size, at minimum. Then you'll get a gentle hug and not compression. ... show more

Normally I would wear an L or even an XL in something like this. For some reason I ordered the S here and while it's too small, I can get it on and I think I would actually wear a size M in this. So, my advice would be to order a size smaller than your T-Shirt size. As far as quality, it's good. Hard to tell on the compression aspect since it's too tight, but the material feels good and is thin. I have similar products from Under Armor, and while I don't think this garment is as nice as those, for the price it's not a bad buy. Stitching and manufacturing are good. ... show more

Not a bad shirt but the sizing is way off. I ordered a Large and had to give it to my son who wears a small. I didn't bother exchanging because I didn't want to guess what my size up would be. Quality and material was fairly good thought.

I got this shirt for my teen, who's been hitting the gym lately, and overall, it’s a solid workout shirt. It's a compression style, so the fabric is thin but has a good amount of stretch, which makes it comfortable for movement during workouts. The moisture-wicking material is a nice touch—it does a great job of keeping sweat under control during intense sessions. The fit is a bit snug, especially around the arms, which makes them look a little tighter and smaller than they actually are. For reference, he’s 5'7", 147 lbs, and has a 37-inch chest. I probably should’ve gone with a medium instead of a small for a more relaxed fit. Another minor issue is that the shirt tends to roll up a bit around the waist/stomach area, but it’s not a dealbreaker. All in all, it’s a well-made, functional shirt for working out. I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars. Definitely recommend it, just be sure to size up for a better fit! ... show more

This short sleeve shirt is very good quality, runs true to size, slims you down and is comfortable. I didnt think it would fit when I opened up the package but once on it was fine.
